Your Wedding Day Flowers

Wedding day is the the most important day in our social life. Wedding flowers create atmosphere and elegance, tying you as a couple, your bridesmaids, the environment and venue together giving your special day it's own signature. Colors and textures play a big part in choosing the right flowers to compliment your dress and wedding setting.

Everybody has unique ideas on the style of the wedding they want, contemporary, classic, traditional or country garden style. This is taken in to the design of the whole day and is reflected in your wedding flowers. Floral planning to assist in, decide on the role of flowers at your wedding, obtain cost estimates and then set a realistic budget.

When you have decided on a color theme for your wedding, make an appointment with your nearest florist to discuss your ideas. While you must have a good idea of what you want, it is best to talk to the florist before you make any final decisions on actual flowers. Florist will be able to advise on what will be right for your timing and style. You must consider the availability and suitability of the flowers for you wedding date together with your dress design. But remember, though most wedding florists genuinely care about your happiness and want to see you have a spectacular wedding day, remember that they are also running their floral shop to make a profit. So if you walk in and announce that you have X amount to spend, a florist will probably try to steer you toward flowers and arrangements near the upper threshold of your budget.
